MH History

Founded in 1999 by a small group of textile-industry professionals, MH began with a simple mission: to bring high-quality garment accessories and fabric from China to global fashion and apparel manufacturers, wholesalers.

From beginning, we have steadily expanded — always guided by professional integrity, innovation, and customer-first values. Over the past two decades, MH has evolved into a diversified multinational group combining international trade and textile manufacturing.

With a workforce of over 3,000 employees worldwide and an annual turnover currently reaching US $870 million, MH now serves partners in more than 150 countries.

  • 1999

    ◈ MH was founded with a small team, starting international trade in garment accessories.

  • 2003–2004

    ◈ Built first embroidery-thread factory (2003) and first lace factory (2004).

  • 2005-2010

    ◈ Established second industrial zone (128,000 m²) for lace, ribbons & tape production.

    ◈ Opened first overseas branch in Nigeria to better serve local customers.

    ◈ Launched third industrial zone for sewing thread production.

    ◈ Reorganized business into separate business units (Trade, Industry, Lace, Overseas Investment).

  • 2011-2019

    ◈ Expanded with a 220,000 m² workshop in Hunan for sewing thread production (2015).

    ◈ Established quality-control lab for threads and lace.

    ◈ Invested in energy-efficient dyeing equipment for environmental sustainability.

    ◈ Completed new office building for 2,000+ staff (2019).

  • 2020-2022

    ◈ Opened a new intelligent embroidery-thread factory in Hunan.

    ◈ MH was honored as one of the “Top 100 Enterprises in Zhejiang Province (2020)”.

    ◈ MH Lace received “Zhejiang Province’s Most Influential Copyright Enterprise (2021)”.

    ◈ Sewing-thread output reached 2,500 tons/month (2021), equivalent to 150×40’HQ/month.

    ◈ Began construction of a new 18,000 m² intelligent 3D warehouse (2022).

  • 2024-2025

    ◈ Embroidery-lace production line with annual output of 18 million meters officially commenced operation. (2024)

    ◈ MH recorded US $870 million in annual sales, built solid partnerships with 3,000+ factories, served 4,500+ customers, and expanded to 110 overseas employees.(2025)
