MH Hosts 65 Overseas Client Visits, Achieving Remarkable Results
Over the past two months, the International Trade Division has experienced a surge in client visits, hosting 65 delegations from regions such as Africa and Southeast Asia. Through professional and enthusiastic service, the team earned high praise from clients, secured multiple orders, and laid a solid foundation for future collaborations.
During the visits, the team made a concerted effort to understand client needs and precisely align them with the company’s products and services, yielding impressive results. One team member shared, "Many clients visited to place orders ahead of the back-to-school season. We began by giving them a tour of our showroom, providing detailed introductions to our product features and company strengths, and then arranged a warehouse visit to build trust." Through efficient communication and presentation, on-site cooperation agreements were reached. "In the future, we could consider connecting clients with key partner factories for on-site production tours, offering a more direct understanding of our capabilities and quality assurance," the team member added.
Beyond professional product demonstrations, the team also focused on delivering a comprehensive and detail-oriented service experience. Another team member noted, "The clients’ home country is currently in its rainy season and a sales off-season, so they took this opportunity to visit China and explore the market. Thanks to thorough pre-visit communication, they were very satisfied with our products and pricing, quickly finalizing their orders." In addition to business discussions, the team arranged cultural experiences, accompanying clients to local shopping malls and restaurants to enjoy local cuisine, further strengthening relationships. "Clients were highly impressed with our service, describing it as both professional and thoughtful. These interactions not only secured orders but also established long-term trust," the team member remarked.
The successful reception of overseas clients has not only delivered immediate business results but also provided valuable experience for further market expansion. The International Trade Dept will continue to refine its client reception processes, integrate premium resources, and remain customer-centric. By deepening its service offerings, the division aims to help the company seize more opportunities and build a stronger reputation in the global market.
