How We Select and Work with Partner Mills

We do not treat fabric sourcing as simple trading. MH builds a qualified and managed fabric network.
  • Strict supplier onboarding
    – mills are evaluated on equipment, process control, quality system, compliance, capacity and delivery performance.
  • Clear quality and service standards
    – yarn quality, dyeing stability, finishing performance, color consistency, packaging and documentation are all clearly defined.
  • Long-term cooperation
    – we prioritize mills that are willing to grow together with MH and our customers, with continuous improvement and joint product development.
  • Performance tracking
    – on-time delivery, defect rates, claims, and response speed are regularly monitored so that only reliable mills remain in our core network.
By working with a stable and proven factory base, MH offers customers less risk and more certainty in every order.

    Integrated Quality Control System

Quality is managed jointly by MH and our partner mills at every stage:
    • Pre-production
      – yarn and greige fabrics are checked for count, density, defects and basic performance.
    • In-process control
      – dyeing, printing, coating and finishing are monitored according to agreed standards.
    • Lab testing
      – color fastness, shrinkage, pilling, tear and tensile strength, handfeel and appearance are tested according to end-use requirements.
    • Final inspection before shipment
      – inspection by mill QC plus MH’s own quality team.
    • Traceability
      – each lot is traceable to mill, machine, batch and finishing process.
This integrated system ensures that the fabrics you receive are not only good-looking, but also reliable in performance and consistent from batch to batch.

    Market-Driven Development & Fast Response

Fabric demand changes quickly across markets and seasons. MH and our partner mills work closely to stay ahead:
    • Trend-based development – we track color, pattern and handfeel trends in key markets and turn them into practical fabric collections.
    • Regional adaptation – from workwear in Africa to abaya & robe fabrics in the Middle East, from uniform and suiting in Europe to fashion fabrics in Latin America, we develop collections that match local preferences and usage.
    • Fast sampling – coordinated sampling across mills allows us to provide swatches and sample yardage quickly for your new collections.
    • Rolling updates – new articles and constructions are added regularly, so our fabric portfolio stays fresh and competitive.

This market-driven approach means you get fabrics that are not only technically sound, but also commercially viable in your target market.
