— Highlights of the 2026 Spring Team-Building Event of the MH International Trade Division
Spring rain may have arrived unexpectedly, but it could not dampen our enthusiasm for the outdoors. On April 18, the MH International Trade Division gathered in Longguan, Haishu, for a memorable team-building event set against a backdrop of misty rain and warm sunshine.
Through wind and weather, we stood together—supporting one another on the journey and strengthening our shared spirit of unity in the mountains and rivers of nature.
🌿 Hiking Together: No One Left Behind
The morning rain altered our original plans, but not our excitement. After arriving at the resort, teams quickly regrouped indoors. Nineteen teams brainstormed creative names and powerful slogans, showcasing energy and team spirit. Group photos captured the beginning of our shared journey.
As the rain eased, we set off on a 6.5 km hike. The rain-soaked trails, rich with the scent of earth and greenery, tested both balance and teamwork. Colleagues slowed their pace for others, extended helping hands, and reminded one another to stay safe on steep paths.
From drizzle to sunshine, the journey became warmer with every step. We supported each other and lived out the belief: no one gets left behind. At the finish line, colorful handprints came together to form a vibrant “Unity Tree,” symbolizing our collective strength and connection.
💪 Tug of War: One Team, One Goal
In the afternoon, the tug-of-war competition ignited the field with energy. Hands gripped the rope tightly, eyes fixed on the center line.
At the whistle, everyone leaned back, feet firmly planted, pulling with full strength. The front line held steady while the back line powered through, moving in sync with rhythmic chants of “One, two! One, two!”
Even with burning muscles and red palms, no one gave up. In that moment, winning was secondary—the real victory was feeling the strength of unity through the same rope.
Cheers erupted as the line crossed the mark. Sweat and effort became badges of honor, reminding us of the power of working as one team, with one heart and one shared drive.
🎯 Bingo Challenge: Strategy Meets Teamwork
While tug-of-war tested strength, the Bingo challenge required a mix of strategy, speed, precision, and coordination.
From building towers and drum challenges requiring patience, to fast-paced activities like rolling wheels and relay games, to precision-based games like frisbee bowling and ring toss—each task pushed teams in different ways.
Teams earned points by breaking records, and achieving three top scores in a line completed a Bingo.
More than just a competition, the challenge emphasized collaboration and smart strategy. Every successful attempt, every seamless coordination, and every shared laugh made the experience truly meaningful.
Because in the end, it’s not just about winning—it’s about the moments we strive together.
