MHers Gather at Fantong Mountain

To further cultivate unity and collaboration, MH recently organized the 2025 team building event at Fantong Mountain, also known as Taoist Mountain, in Xiangshan City. The location, celebrated for its interplay of rugged peaks and sweeping ocean views, provided an ideal environment for MH employees to engage in structured activities that reinforce the brand’s core values.

An Inspiring Setting for Connection and Growth

Fantong Mountain stands as a testimony to Xiangshan’s unique blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage. One side of the mountain offers a panoramic sweep of the ocean; the other climbs into wooded ridges. Dikes and greenways wind between grassy expanses where flocks of sheep graze, over reefs, and along the sparkling shoreline. Locally known as "Rice Bucket Mountain," the site is distinguished by its tranquil setting and the striking glow that appears as the sun sets over the water. The location was deliberately chosen to provide an environment conducive to relaxation, reflection, and holistic team engagement.

Structured Teams with Distinct Identity

Participants, known within the organization as MHers, were divided into 12 distinct teams. Each team wore color-coded uniforms to symbolize individuality within the collective. By designing custom slogans and bold flags, team members expressed shared values and competitive spirit. These elements contributed to stronger group identification and camaraderie, laying a solid foundation for the day’s collaborative engagements.

Prior to the main activities, each team paused to commemorate their unity with group photographs. These images now serve as lasting visual records of the energy and commitment invested in team development.

Hiking Alongside Mountains and Sea

The structured program began with a hike tracing the border between mountain and sea. For more than an hour, MHers trekked along established trails, navigating natural terrain under clear, sunlit skies. The hiking activity was selected to foster mutual support, perseverance, and collective accomplishment. Throughout the afternoon, teams competed to earn cards. Performance in each activity translated directly into card accumulation, with the total number determining overall rankings for the event.

At day’s end, cards were tallied, and the champion, runner-up, and third-placed teams were formally announced. This scoring system rewarded consistent teamwork and adaptive strategies over individual prowess, reinforcing the value MH places on collective achievement.
