MH Shines at the 2025 São Paulo Textile Sourcing Fair
On August 5th, the São Paulo International Textile and Apparel Sourcing Fair (GOTEX) opened grandly at the Anhembi Exhibition Center in São Paulo, Brazil. As one of the most influential textile industry exhibitions in South America, this year’s GOTEX attracted over 200 exhibitors from China and various South American countries, showcasing yarns, fabrics, garments, home textiles, and accessories across nearly 10,000 square meters of exhibition space. Sales representatives from the Sixth Business Division of MH’s International Trade Department proudly presented the company’s premium products, exploring global business opportunities with attendees.
On the opening day, the exhibition hall was bustling with activity, drawing a steady stream of professional visitors. Our sales representatives actively promoted MH’s products and engaged in in-depth discussions with numerous new and existing clients. The company’s polyester threads and zippers garnered significant interest, with one client visiting the booth three days in a row and scheduling a post-exhibition meeting. Additionally, a new client, who initially connected with us online, placed their first order directly at the event! These successes highlight the strong market competitiveness of MH’s products and the professionalism of our team.
With its economic integration advantages and proximity to the North American market, South America is becoming a critical hub for Chinese textile companies seeking to expand global partnerships. Brazil’s textile industry, after years of development, has established a complete supply chain from raw materials to finished garments. China remains Brazil’s largest source of textile and apparel imports, accounting for approximately 60% of its total imports. This exhibition not only provided MH with a platform to showcase its strengths but also laid a solid foundation for further expansion into the South American market.
