MH 120D/2 viscose rayon embroidery thread is a two-ply filament embroidery thread made from 100% viscose rayon and wound on cones for machine embroidery.
The thread is spun from viscose filament yarn and reactive-dyed at 60 °C, which gives the surface a bright, mirror-like luster and keeps the shade even along the full running length of a cone. Twisting, dyeing and finishing run as one continuous chain inside MH production, so the thread feeds through high-speed embroidery heads without fraying, unraveling or snapping at the needle eye. Recommended needle sizes for the 120D/2 count are Singer 11 / metric 75, and elongation sits in the 14–26% range.
MH 120D/2 viscose rayon embroidery thread stitches cleanly on lady's suits, silk garments, handbags and lace embroidery, where the filament sheen reads as a silk-like finish on the surface of the design. The same viscose base yarn is also produced in other counts, including 150D/2, 150D/3, 250D/2, 300D/2, 300D/3 and 300D/1, so a buyer can hold one shade family across fine outline work and heavier fill stitching.
