Anti-pilling polar fleece fabric is a 100% polyester knitted fleece with a soft double-brushed surface on both sides, supplied to garment manufacturers, blanket producers, and homeware brands sourcing warm, easy-care material in bulk.
MH knits and finishes this fleece to order, with a heat-set anti-pilling treatment that keeps the surface smooth after repeated washing and wear. Weight, width, and color can be adjusted to match different production programs.
Standard construction runs 280 GSM at 150 cm wide in 150D/144F yarn, packed on rolls in polybags inside outer woven bags. Custom colors and specifications are available for bulk production.
