Product Details

Polyester 3D air spacer mesh fabric is a warp-knitted spacer textile with two face layers joined by monofilament yarns, forming an open, cushioning core. Its breathable, springy structure makes it a practical choice for shoe and bag manufacturers, sportswear producers, and mattress and automotive-textile makers.

MH supplies this spacer mesh in bulk at 150cm width and 138gsm, with a 3mm–12mm thickness range that covers different padding and support needs. Colors can be matched to buyer specifications, and the mesh cuts, laminates and sews well across volume production.

The fabric ships at 150cm usable width, around 138gsm, and is rolled at 50m per roll or packed to order. Its soft, quick-dry, elastic hand feel holds up through repeated flexing, and custom colors and specifications are available for bulk orders.
