MH High Tenacity Polyester Sewing Thread is a 100% polyester filament thread supplied in 100D, 150D, 210D, 250D and 420D deniers for stitching leather and other heavy materials.
The thread is spun from continuous high-tenacity polyester filament and bonded, then finished to a gentle luster and a smooth surface so it feeds cleanly through high-speed and multi-needle industrial machines. Elongation runs from 15% to 24% depending on denier, and the polyester base carries high chemical resistance together with heavy-duty abrasion resistance under repeated needle friction. Lighter deniers suit shoe upper and lining stitching, while 250D and 420D take the load in sole stitching, seat belts, lift slings and suitcase construction.
Typical applications include leather footwear, leather goods, suitcases, automotive interiors, seat belts, airbags, outdoor and sports equipment, multi-needle quilting, mattresses and filtration fabrics.
