Product Details

Embroidered chemical guipure lace fabric is an openwork polyester lace fabric with raised embroidered motifs, supplied to garment manufacturers, bridalwear and evening dress brands, fashion labels and lace fabric wholesalers. The water-soluble chemical process dissolves the carrier away after embroidery, so the pattern itself forms the fabric and gives guipure its dimensional, cord-like surface.

MH produces this lace on its own embroidery lines and develops the motif, scale and openwork density from buyer artwork or from an existing design library. Color is matched to a submitted swatch or Pantone reference in MH's own dyeing facility, which keeps shade approval and repeat orders under one roof rather than split across subcontractors.

The fabric is 100% polyester, non-elastic, and finished at 125cm wide — a usable cutting width that yields full bodice and skirt panels from a single lay, so markers nest with less end waste than narrower lace goods. It ships on rolls of 30–45 yards or to a roll length the buyer specifies, and colors are dyed to order rather than drawn from a fixed range.

Features

  • 125cm usable width — wide enough to cut gown panels and full skirt pieces in one lay, reducing seams and offcut loss.
  • Chemical guipure construction — the embroidery forms the fabric itself, giving a raised openwork surface that reads as luxury lace on finished garments.
  • 100% polyester ground — holds motif definition through washing and handling better than fine natural-fiber lace, with predictable shrinkage in bulk cutting.
  • Non-elastic and stable — the fabric stays dimensionally steady on the cutting table and under the needle, which keeps panel sizes consistent across a production run.
  • Dyed-to-order color — shades are matched to swatch or Pantone code, so lace panels align with the shell fabric of the same collection.
  • Custom motif development — pattern, repeat and openwork density can be adjusted for buyer-specific lace programs.

Application

  • Bridalwear — Used by bridal gown manufacturers and wedding dress brands for bodices, overlays, sleeves and full-skirt panels.
  • Evening and occasion wear — Popular with fashion houses and dress labels producing evening gowns, cocktail dresses and formal separates.
  • Women's apparel production — Sourced by garment manufacturers for blouses, midi dresses, skirt overlays and layered fashion pieces.
  • Lace fabric distribution — A regular pick for textile wholesalers and lace distributors supplying dressmaking and fashion-brand accounts by the roll.
  • Fashion accessories — Common among accessory suppliers, who use it for decorative panels, boleros and lightweight fashion pieces.

Customization Service

  • Pattern and motif — Floral, geometric or brand-specific designs developed from buyer artwork, including repeat size and openwork density.
  • Color — Matched to a physical swatch or Pantone reference and dyed to order in MH's own dyeing facility.
  • Width — Cut to widths other than the standard 125cm where a buyer's marker or production line calls for it.
  • Yarn and finish — Alternative embroidery yarn types and hand-feel finishes selected to suit bridal, evening or general apparel end uses.
  • Packaging — Roll length, core, labeling and carton marking arranged to the buyer's warehouse and distribution requirements.

Why Source From MH

  • In-house lace production — MH runs its own multi-head embroidery lines for chemical lace, so bulk output and pattern consistency are controlled directly.
  • Design and sampling capability — An in-house design team develops new motifs and produces sample lengths before bulk approval, supporting OEM and ODM lace programs.
  • Own dyeing facility — Lab dips and shade matching are handled internally, which keeps color repeatable across reorders of the same design.
  • Export experience — MH ships lace fabric to apparel manufacturers, bridal brands and textile wholesalers worldwide, with documentation and inspection handled as part of the order.
