Product Details
150D/3 bonded polyester sewing thread is a continuous filament high tenacity thread engineered for demanding industrial sewing operations. With a 200g cone weight, this 3-ply 150-denier bonded thread features a special surface coating that ensures smooth, skip-free feeding on high-speed sewing machines, making it an ideal choice for leather goods, footwear, upholstery and automotive interior manufacturing.
Made from 100% polyester continuous filament with a high tenacity lubricated bonded finish, this thread delivers superior tensile strength, excellent abrasion resistance, and consistent stitch formation. The bonded construction locks the filaments together, preventing fraying and splitting during high-speed operation while maintaining uniform diameter throughout the cone for reduced thread breakage and machine downtime.
This bonded thread features outstanding color fastness (Grade 4) and strong resistance to ultraviolet rays, microorganisms and mildew.
