MH 210D/3 nylon bonded thread is a three-ply bonded sewing thread made from 100% polyamide 6.6, rated Tex 70 at ticket size 40 with an average strength of at least 4.5 kg and elongation of 23-32%.
That balance suits medium to heavy load seams that still need a fine stitch: bag handles and gusset joins, belts, straps, harness and saddlery work, leather shoes and suitcases, travel bags, tents, fabric sofas and other upholstery. The bonding treatment fuses the plied filaments into a single smooth strand, so the thread resists untwisting and fraying as it passes repeatedly through dense leather and coated fabric.

High tenacity 100% nylon bonded sewing thread
Bonded nylon thread is produced from high tenacity polyamide 6.6 synthetic fiber, popular name nylon 6.6 or 6 synthetic fiber which is stronger and has a higher heat tolerance than regular nylon threads.
The sewing effect is wonderful due to the advantage of nylon material and the effective disposal of lubricants.
Denier of 35d to 500d, with Elongation % Min-Max:14-35. 80% no knot and 20% one knot. Make raw white and dyed colors. It is available in different sizes and dimensions.
