Product Details
Polyester pongee fabric is a lightweight plain-woven lining fabric made from 100% polyester with a PA waterproof coating. It is supplied to garment manufacturers, outerwear brands, and textile wholesalers producing rainwear, jackets, and umbrella panels that need a water-resistant yet lightweight backing.
MH supplies this 240T pongee in a 75D*75D construction at 75gsm, plain dyed and available in customizable colors on a dyed-to-order basis. Width and color can be adjusted for bulk production, and the PA coating can be specified to match different water-resistance requirements.
Woven to 150cm width and rolled in 100m lengths, the fabric handles efficiently for cutting and lining work. The 100% polyester base delivers durable, wrinkle-resistant, quick-drying performance, and the material carries OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification for apparel-contact use.
