MH 250D/3 High Tenacity Nylon Sewing Thread is an uncoated three-ply industrial nylon thread rated at Tex 80 and Ticket No. 30, with an average breaking strength of at least 5.0 kg and elongation of 18-23%.
Unlike bonded nylon thread, this construction carries no resin coating on the ply surface, so the thread stays soft and pliable and keeps the natural elasticity of the nylon filament. That elongation range lets each stitch stretch and recover with the substrate instead of resisting it, which suits seams on leather goods, upholstered furniture and outdoor products that flex, compress or take repeated load.
