Product Details

MH 25mm knitted elastic band (model 6122-0374) is a 25 mm wide elastic tape knitted from polyester yarn around a latex core. The polyester face keeps the band soft and easy to sew, and the latex core stretches under tension and returns to its original length. It is supplied in white or black on 25 m rolls or 40 m bobbins, with an MOQ of 20,000 m per color.

Product Benefits

Knitted elastic is built from rubber or latex threads sheathed in a polyester outer layer. This 25mm band uses that construction for a soft hand, steady recovery and garments worn against the skin.

The tape is light but has a thick, soft knitted face, so it cuts and sews cleanly into waistband casings or directly onto the garment.

A polyester sheath over latex core threads, with no harmful odour. MH knitted elastic is covered by OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certificate SHBO 103501, Product Class II — articles with direct skin contact.

Stretches and springs back

The latex core stretches under tension and returns the band to its original length without deforming, so waistbands keep their grip after washing and drying instead of loosening over time.

What is the MOQ for the 25mm knitted elastic band?

The MOQ is 20,000 m per color, which is 800 rolls of 25 m or 500 bobbins of 40 m. Each order must also reach a minimum order value (MOV) of USD 3,000, or USD 5,000 for West Africa; the MOV can be met with any mix of MH products.

How is the 25mm elastic band packed?

Standard packing is 25 m per roll or 40 m per bobbin. 100 m bobbins, 20 m rolls and 10 kg bags (2 bags per carton) are available on request.

Can I get a free sample before ordering?

Yes. MH sends free samples of the 25mm knitted elastic band so you can test stretch and sewing on your own garments before ordering.

What is the lead time for bulk orders?

Standard lead time is 25–35 days after order confirmation. Goods ship from China by sea freight or railway freight.

Which colors are available?
