3D embroidered water soluble lace fabric gives bridal and eveningwear manufacturers a sculptural floral surface built through chemical embroidery on a dissolvable base. MH embroiders the motifs onto a 6430 mesh backing with 300D milk silk thread, then rinses away the water-soluble paper to leave raised, hollow floral lace.
As a self-owned lace factory, MH produces this fabric to order in any color, matching customer swatches or Pantone references, and can develop custom floral layouts for private-label collections. The standard cut width is 120cm, with openwork density and motif scale adjustable to a buyer's design.
The fabric is non-elastic with a defined 3D hand and packs 30 to 45 yards per roll or to a buyer's packing spec. Its milk-silk thread and mesh ground suit dresses, children's wear, bags, shoes and decorative panels across womenswear ranges.
