The 4YG designation refers to Y-shaped brass teeth in a #4 gauge, finished in antique brass or silver on a durable polyester woven tape.
Each zipper uses a closed-end (FIX) construction that stays joined at the base, matching the fixed bottom stop of a jeans or trouser fly rather than separating like an open-end zipper.
