420D/3 high tenacity polyester sewing thread is a heavy-duty continuous filament thread engineered for the most demanding industrial sewing applications. With 1500m per cone, this 3-ply 420-denier extra heavy weight thread delivers exceptional breaking strength (≥ 8.4 kg) and consistent performance on heavy-duty sewing machines, making it the ideal choice for leather goods, footwear, automotive interiors, outdoor equipment and heavy industrial textile products.
Made from 100% polyester continuous filament with high tenacity lubricated finish, this thread offers maximum tensile strength, superior abrasion resistance, and reliable stitch formation under extreme conditions. The continuous filament construction ensures uniform diameter throughout the cone, minimizing thread breakage and machine downtime in the most demanding high-volume production environments.
This thread features outstanding color fastness (Grade 4) and strong resistance to ultraviolet rays, microorganisms and mildew.
