Product Details
Polyester guipure chemical lace fabric is an allover openwork lace fabric made by water-soluble chemical embroidery, supplied to bridalwear and eveningwear makers, dress and womenswear manufacturers, fashion brands, and lace fabric wholesalers. The raised motifs stand on their own without a net ground, giving garments a solid, sculpted lace surface rather than a sheer overlay.
MH produces this lace in its own lace and dyeing facilities, so the motif design, cord density, and color can all be developed to a buyer's collection brief. Pattern development, lab dips, and sampling are handled in house, which keeps color approval and repeat orders consistent across seasons.
The fabric is 100% polyester at 125cm (49 inch) usable width, supplied white as standard and dyed to order in a wide color range. It is non-elastic and cuts cleanly for panel and full-skirt layouts, and the wide format lets pattern rooms nest larger garment pieces with less waste than narrow lace goods.
Features
- Allover guipure structure — dense corded motifs cover the full width, so a single lace layer finishes a garment without a backing fabric.
- Water-soluble chemical construction — the ground dissolves away in finishing, leaving crisp motif outlines that hold their shape through cutting and sewing.
- 125cm wide format — a 49 inch usable width suits bodice, skirt, and sleeve panels and reduces piecing on larger sizes.
- 100% polyester composition — good dye uptake and color consistency between production lots, with stable handling in bulk garment making.
- Non-elastic body — a stable lace that keeps structured silhouettes such as gowns and fitted dresses in shape.
- Dyed-to-order color — white base can be matched to Pantone or buyer swatches for each collection instead of a fixed shade list.
Application
- Bridalwear — Used by wedding dress manufacturers and bridal brands for gown bodices, overskirts, sleeves, and veil panels.
- Eveningwear and occasion dress — Popular with dress manufacturers and fashion brands producing evening gowns, cocktail dresses, and formal separates.
- Women's apparel — Sourced by garment manufacturers for lace tops, blouses, and skirts in seasonal womenswear ranges.
- Lace fabric distribution — Supplied to lace fabric wholesalers and textile distributors serving regional apparel and bridal markets.
- Girls' and ceremonial dress — A regular pick for apparel suppliers making flower girl dresses, communion wear, and party dresses.
Customization Service
- Motif and pattern — Custom guipure designs, floral or geometric, developed from buyer artwork or reference samples for exclusive collections.
- Color — Dyed-to-order shades matched to Pantone references or fabric swatches, with lab dips issued before bulk production.
- Width and cut — Alternative usable widths and cut-to-length arrangements to suit a buyer's marker and production layout.
- Yarn and hand feel — Thread type and cord density adjusted for a softer drape or a firmer, more structured lace body.
- Finishing and packing — Roll length, rolling direction, and export packing arranged to match a buyer's warehouse and cutting-room handling.
- Embroidery on buyer base fabrics — Custom embroidery can also be produced on denim, velvet, PU leather, and chiffon for related programs.
