Product Description
T/C 65/35 twill uniform fabric is a woven polyester-cotton blend built in a 3/1 twill construction for uniform and workwear production. The 65% polyester and 35% cotton mix gives garment manufacturers a hard-wearing base with a cleaner surface than all-cotton and better comfort than all-polyester.
MH supplies this fabric to garment factories, workwear producers, and apparel-fabric wholesalers running bulk uniform programs. It is woven at 295-300 gsm with a 16x10 yarn count, and carries no spandex, so it holds a stable shape through cutting, sewing, and repeat laundering.
The fabric is produced at 50cm (59 inch) width and shipped on rolls or in custom packaging. Colors are dyed to order, letting buyers match school or corporate uniform palettes across a full production run.
Features
- 3/1 twill construction — the diagonal weave adds body and abrasion resistance, so uniforms keep their form through daily wear.
- 65/35 polyester-cotton blend — balances polyester durability and shrink resistance with cotton breathability for all-day garments.
- 295-300 gsm mid-weight — substantial enough for trousers and jackets while staying comfortable for skirts and dresses.
- No spandex — a stable, non-stretch base that cuts cleanly and stitches predictably on high-volume production lines.
- 59-inch width — wide enough to lay out uniform patterns efficiently and reduce fabric waste per garment.
- Dyed-to-order color — lets buyers lock a consistent uniform shade across large repeat orders.
Application
- School uniforms — Used by garment manufacturers and uniform suppliers for student trousers, skirts, jackets, and dresses.
- Workwear — Sourced by workwear producers and industrial apparel brands for staff uniforms and service clothing.
- Corporate and institutional apparel — Popular with uniform wholesalers and sourcing companies supplying hospitality, security, and office dress programs.
- Apparel fabric distribution — A regular pick for textile wholesalers and distributors stocking uniform-grade twill by the roll.
