Product Description
PVC coated polyester taffeta is a waterproof coated fabric built on a 68D x 68D, 180T woven polyester base with a PVC coating on one side. It is supplied to raincoat and rainwear manufacturers, luggage and bag makers, and banner and flag producers that need a lightweight fabric with a reliable water barrier.
MH supplies this fabric in bulk and coats the polyester base to a consistent finish, with coating thickness options such as 0.2mm and 0.16mm to match different weight and stiffness needs. Custom colors and coating specifications can be developed for buyer production programs.
The base is 100% polyester woven at 180T for a smooth, dobby-friendly surface, coated with PVC for waterproofing and rolled at around 150cm width. Custom colors are available on request, and thickness can be adjusted for softer rainwear or firmer banner and cover applications.
