This plastic cap visor is a pre-cut PE brim insert that gives caps and hats a firm, shaped peak. It is placed inside the fabric brim during cap production, where it keeps the peak stiff while still allowing it to be curved.
The standard thickness is 2.2mm, and black and white are the standard colors; thickness and color can be customized. The visor is certified to OEKO-TEX 100 Class I.
