Product Details
MH 80/20 T/R twill serge fabric is a woven suiting textile blended from 80% polyester and 20% viscose in a twill construction.
The fabric is spun from 21S/2*21S/2 yarn at a 100*84 density and finished to 225g/m² weight, with a smooth twill surface and solid-dyed color.
The polyester-dominant blend contributes strength, wrinkle resistance and dimensional stability, while the viscose content improves breathability and reduces pilling and static.

Factory introduction
Weaving

Imported setting machines help fabrics dry quickly, keeping them flat, even, and stable in width.
Fabric inspection
During producing, inspection process is in each process, from raw yarn, grey fabric, to dyed and finished fabric, only the qualified fabric which meet Europe standard can be shipped out to customers.
