This printed weft-knitted four-way stretch milk velvet fabric is made from a blended yarn of polyester / recycled polyester / spandex, offering an excellent balance of softness, elasticity, comfort, and sustainability. It is designed for fashion and functional apparel markets that demand both performance and premium hand feel.
Using 100D/144F DTY combined with 20D spandex, the fabric delivers uniform four-way stretch with strong recovery, ensuring long-lasting shape retention and freedom of movement. With a finished weight of 160gsm, it provides the ideal thickness for warmth, drape, and all-season wear.
The fabric is treated with a double-sided brushing process, creating a dense, smooth, and ultra-soft surface on both sides. The plush “milk velvet” texture offers a skin-friendly touch and enhanced thermal comfort. Printed patterns appear vivid and clear, with good color fastness, meeting the needs of various fashion designs.
