Handmade Beaded Sequin Flower Lace Motif 21.5x25cm

Three full satin roses line up across the top of this motif, each ringed with a halo of rhinestones and centred on a small cluster of pearls. Below them falls a dense curtain of crystal-bead strands tipped with pearls, turning the piece into a flower-topped fringe panel.

At 21.5 x 25cm it is a substantial, almost square panel where the beaded tassels make up more than half the height. The three-rose header and long hanging strands give it the presence of a bib or shoulder ornament rather than a small applique.

The roses are folded and beaded by hand and the tassel strands are strung one by one, so the fringe moves and shimmers with the wearer. Every panel is made to order; the peach tone shown can be re-beaded in the colour your collection needs.

The header sits flat against the garment while the free-hanging strands drape over the bodice or shoulder, catching light as they move. Strand length can be shortened or extended to suit the placement.
