Product Details
Warp Knitted Elastic Polyester Interlining(Dense Design)
MH warp knitted tricot fusible interlining is a black interfacing fabric knitted from 100% polyester 40D*100D yarn, 150cm wide and weighing 42g/m², with a PA glue powder coating on one face.
The warp-knitted tricot structure gives the fabric a tight, full-coverage construction with low elasticity, so it holds a stable shape after fusing while remaining lightweight and breathable.
100% polyester tricot interlining dense design is a type of interlining fabric made entirely from polyester fibers. It features a warp-knitted structure with low elasticity and a full-coverage design (a uniform surface structure). Known for its excellent elasticity, stability, and durability, this interlining is widely used in garment manufacturing, especially for components requiring strong support and a snug fit.
Fusing Temperature: 130-150℃
Fusing Pressure: 1.5-2.5kg/c㎡
Fusing Time: 12-15s
Usage: garment fusible interlining.
Features:
High Stability: The warp-knitted structure ensures tight fabric construction, offering excellent dimensional stability and resistance to deformation.
Low Elasticity: Provides moderate flexibility while maintaining the garment's shape and support.
Full-Coverage Design (Dense Design): A uniform surface structure ensures consistent quality and a premium appearance.
Durability: Made from polyester fibers, it offers outstanding wear resistance and tear strength, making it suitable for long-term use.
Lightweight and Breathable: The fabric is lightweight and breathable, making it ideal for close-fitting garments and enhancing wearing comfort.
