Product Details

Bulked Acrylic Yarn is made from 100% acrylic fibers and goes through a specialized bulking process. The yarn has excellent fluffiness and softness, making the appearance and texture similar to wool.

Features

• Elasticity: It has good elasticity, ranking just below polyester and about twice that of nylon, with strong shape retention.
• Strength: It's 1 to 2.5 times stronger than wool.
• Heat Resistance: With a softening temperature of 190°C to 230°C, this fiber ranks just below polyester among synthetic fibers.
• Light Resistance: Acrylic offers the best light resistance among all synthetic fibers, with its strength decreasing by only 20% after one year of outdoor exposure.

Usage

Suitable for crocheting and knitting sweaters, hats, gloves, scarves, socks, and more.
