Product Details

Chemical allover embroidered lace fabric is a water-soluble guipure lace produced by embroidering polyester threads onto a dissolvable base, leaving a continuous openwork pattern across the full width. It is sourced by dress and eveningwear manufacturers, bridalwear brands, fashion labels, and lace fabric wholesalers building collections that need a decorative surface rather than a separate applied trim.

MH produces this lace on multi-head embroidery lines and develops new allover motifs for buyer-specific programs. Pattern scale, thread type, and color can be adjusted, with lab dips matched to Pantone references or submitted swatches, so a collection keeps a consistent look across repeat orders instead of being limited to a fixed set of designs.

The fabric is embroidered with 450D milk silk thread on a 100% polyester base and finished at 130cm width, then rolled at 30-45 yards per roll in polybags and packed into export cartons. Custom colors, motifs, and widths are available for bulk production, and A4 sample swatches can be prepared for approval beforehand.

Features

  • Allover openwork pattern — the motif repeats across the full width, so panels can be cut anywhere on the roll without matching a separate trim into the design.
  • Water-soluble base construction — the backing dissolves after embroidery, leaving a self-supporting lace with no residual ground fabric to work around during cutting.
  • 450D milk silk thread — gives the surface a soft sheen and rounded hand feel that reads well on eveningwear and bridal samples.
  • 130cm usable width — wide enough to cut bodice and skirt panels efficiently, which keeps seams and yardage waste down in garment production.
  • Dyed-to-order color range — shades are matched per order, so buyers hold color consistency across a range instead of adapting designs to preset shades.
  • Repeatable motif library — existing patterns can be re-run for follow-up orders, supporting continuity between seasons.

Application

  • Dresses and eveningwear — Used by garment manufacturers and fashion brands for full-lace dresses, overlay panels, and skirt sections.
  • Bridalwear — Sourced by bridal gown makers and wedding dress suppliers for bodices, sleeves, and matching veil overlays.
  • Blouses and tops — Popular with apparel suppliers producing lace blouses, yokes, and layered tops for women's ranges.
  • Fabric distribution — Supplied to lace fabric wholesalers and garment accessory distributors reselling lace yardage by the roll.

Customization Service

  • Pattern development — Custom allover motifs, floral or geometric, drawn and digitized for buyer-exclusive collections.
  • Color matching — Shades developed from Pantone codes or customer swatches, with lab dips submitted for approval before bulk dyeing.
  • Thread and finish options — Alternative thread deniers and finishes to shift the luster and hand feel of the lace surface.
  • Width adjustment — Widths outside the standard cut can be arranged to suit the buyer's cutting tables and marker plans.
  • Packaging — Roll lengths, labeling, and carton configuration adjusted to the buyer's receiving and distribution requirements.
