MH 8508SF shirt interlining is a polyester woven fabric at 110g/m² in a 45S*40S 90*50 construction, finished with a soft handfeel and HDPE hot-melt adhesive coating.

Compared with the harder collar-grade interlinings in MH's range, the 8508SF construction is lighter and more pliable, which is why soft-fusible (SF) grades like this one are typically chosen for shirt plackets and body panels rather than a stiff collar stand.

The HDPE adhesive bonds evenly under standard fusing presses, and the 44-inch width fits common shirt-panel cutting layouts.

Time: 15-20s

Using 100% polyester fabric as base fabric and coated with HDPE hot melt adhesive powder (according to different fabric requirements, choose different gluing methods and different quality grades of glue powder), mostly used on shirts with polyester material.

Generally, HF (Hard Fusible) type is suitable for shirts' collar and cuff, SF (Soft Fusible) type is suitable for shirts' placket and body. Finished shirt is durable and washable, not easy to deform or have bubble.

Usage: men's and women's shirts, uniforms, Arab robes, hats (nurse hat) and other clothing collar, cuffs, placket and etc.
