Product Details

Dark wash white embroidered cotton denim fabric combines a 32C cotton washed denim twill base with a white 108D/2 polyester embroidered pattern. It is supplied to jeanswear producers, garment manufacturers, fashion brands, and denim fabric wholesalers developing embroidered denim collections for seasonal ranges.

MH supplies this fabric with the denim base woven in twill and the decorative motif embroidered onto the surface, so the pattern sits cleanly on the washed ground instead of being printed on. Embroidery layouts, motif scale, and thread color can be developed to a buyer's own artwork rather than picked from a fixed design set.

The fabric runs 130cm wide in a dark wash finish with white embroidery, giving a usable cutting width for shirt panels, jacket bodies, and jeans pieces. The cotton base is non-stretch, keeps a lightweight handle for a denim, and holds the washed surface character that jeanswear buyers expect. Rolls are supplied for bulk cutting programs, with custom colors and specifications available for production orders.

Features

  • Cotton washed denim base — 32C cotton twill with a dark wash finish gives the fabric authentic denim character straight off the roll, so garment makers skip additional garment washing steps.
  • White polyester embroidery — 108D/2 polyester thread keeps the motif bright and stable against the dark ground and resists losing definition through normal garment laundering.
  • 130cm usable width — a practical cutting width for shirt fronts, jacket panels, and jeans components, helping marker planning stay efficient across bulk orders.
  • Twill weave structure — the diagonal denim weave gives good drape and body for tailored jeanswear while remaining easy to sew on standard production lines.
  • Lightweight denim handle — lighter than heavy bottom-weight denim, opening the same base up to shirts, blouses, and dresses as well as jeans and jackets.
  • Non-stretch construction — a stable base with no elastane, so panels cut and hold shape consistently in structured jeanswear and outerwear.

Application

  • Jeanswear production — Used by denim manufacturers and jeans brands for embroidered jeans, skirts, and denim shorts.
  • Outerwear manufacturing — Sourced by garment factories and fashion labels for denim jackets, overshirts, and casual coats.
  • Shirting and womenswear — Popular with apparel producers for embroidered denim shirts, blouses, dresses, and lightweight tops.
  • Fabric distribution — Supplied to denim fabric wholesalers and textile distributors serving regional garment production markets.
  • Accessory manufacturing — A regular pick for accessory suppliers producing denim bags, caps, and trim panels.

Customization Service

  • Embroidery pattern — Motifs, layout, and repeat can be embroidered to buyer-supplied artwork or adapted from existing designs.
  • Thread color — Embroidery thread shades can be matched to Pantone references or buyer samples instead of the standard white.
  • Base wash tone — Wash shade of the denim ground can be adjusted from dark to lighter tones for different collection looks.
  • Width and roll length — Cutting width and roll length can be arranged to match a buyer's spreading and production setup.
  • Packaging and labeling — Roll packing, labeling, and shipping marks can be prepared according to importer or brand requirements.
