Product Details
This diamond-encrusted polyester chemical lace is a decorative embroidered trim produced for garment manufacturers, fashion accessory businesses, and lace wholesalers. Raised embroidery combined with diamond, spangle, or bead accents creates a dimensional finish for garment edges and decorative panels.
Chemical lace is embroidered on a temporary water-soluble nonwoven base. After the embroidery is completed, the base is removed, leaving the open embroidered structure that forms the finished lace.
The standard product is made from polyester and supplied in 10-yard cards, with 50 cards packed per carton. Decorative patterns can be developed with diamond, spangle, bead, and other embroidered elements according to approved designs.
Features
- Chemical lace construction — The temporary water-soluble base is removed after embroidery to create an open lace structure.
- Dimensional embroidery — Raised embroidered areas give the lace a visibly textured surface.
- Decorative accents — Diamond, spangle, and bead elements can be incorporated into the pattern.
- Polyester material — Provides a consistent material specification for bulk trim production.
- 10-yard card format — Keeps the lace organized for garment production, wholesale display, and distribution.
- Custom pattern development — Motif arrangement and decorative elements can be adjusted according to approved artwork.
Applications
- Garment decoration — For necklines, sleeve edges, hems, bodice panels, and other decorative apparel details.
- Evening and occasion wear — For dresses, gowns, and formal garments requiring dimensional lace decoration.
- Fashion accessories — For decorative belts, headwear, bags, appliqués, and accessory panels.
- Furniture textile decoration — For selected cushion, curtain, and decorative furnishing trims.
- Lace distribution — Supplied by the card and carton to lace wholesalers and garment accessory distributors.
Chemical Lace Construction
Chemical lace is produced by embroidering a design onto a temporary water-soluble nonwoven base. Once the base is removed, the embroidery remains as an open, dimensional lace structure.
