Product Details

Eyelet embroidered cotton lace fabric pairs a solid mercerized cotton ground with a laser-cut, hand-finished broderie anglaise surface, giving garment makers an openwork panel that reads as lace while keeping the natural hand of pure cotton. The 130cm width suits front panels and full-cut ethnic pieces.

As a lace and embroidery producer, MH embroiders the pineapple-and-foliage motif directly onto 100% mercerized cotton and laser-cuts the scalloped openings in-house, so pattern density, motif scale and border shape can all be adjusted to a buyer's tech pack.

Each run is 130cm wide with a medium-light cotton hand that gradates from a solid weave into ornate cutwork, rolled on core tubes for export. Grounds are dyed to order, letting importers match seasonal palettes for kurtis, tunics and summer frocks.

Features

  • Natural cotton hand-feel — 100% mercerized cotton gives a soft, lightweight panel that laser-cut synthetics cannot match.
  • Eyelet cutwork motif — laser-cut broderie anglaise openings create a lace-like surface without any added trims.
  • Laser cutting with embroidery — high-precision cutting combined with fine machine embroidery for clean, repeatable detail.
  • Dyed-to-order colors — cotton grounds matched to seasonal palettes, with adjustable motif density and border shape.
  • Non-elastic stable base — cuts and sews predictably for coordinated garment panels.

Why Source From MH

  • In-house embroidery and laser-cutting — motif digitizing, stitching and cutwork run on MH's own lines, keeping the eyelet openwork consistent across large color runs.
  • Dyed-to-order color matching — cotton grounds are piece-dyed to your Pantone references so panels coordinate across an apparel collection.
  • Garment-oriented development — patterns are engineered as front panels, sleeves and coordinating pieces, matching how ethnic-wear brands cut their styles.
  • Export supply experience — repeatable production and standard export roll packaging for wholesalers and garment factories shipping to South Asian and resort markets.
