Product Details

Floral guipure chemical lace fabric is an embroidered openwork lace fabric built by stitching dense floral medallions onto a water-soluble ground that is later dissolved away, leaving the motifs self-supporting. Bridalwear brands, eveningwear labels, garment manufacturers and lace wholesalers buy it as a statement face fabric rather than a support layer.

MH produces this guipure lace on multi-head embroidery lines and finishes it in its own dyeing plant, so medallion scale, motif density and shade can all be developed from a buyer's sketch or swatch. Lab-dips are run internally, which keeps shade approval and repeat orders consistent from season to season.

Composition is 100% polyester at 120cm usable width, non-elastic, and supplied in rolls for cutting-room handling. The tan shown here is one of many production shades; other colorways are dyed to order, and custom motif development runs alongside the existing pattern library.

Features

  • Self-supporting guipure body — the dissolved ground leaves motifs joined by open bars, so panels read as true lace with no visible mesh backing.
  • 120cm usable width — wide enough to place a full medallion repeat across a bodice or skirt panel with less piecing and less waste.
  • Dense floral medallion repeat — the embroidery holds its outline after cutting, so edges stay clean through garment assembly.
  • 100% polyester ground — takes dye evenly and behaves predictably in finishing, so sampling shades carry through to bulk.
  • Non-elastic hand — stable on the cutting table, which suits structured gowns, skirts and tailored panels.
  • Embroidery and dyeing under one roof — motif and shade changes stay in the same plant instead of moving between subcontractors.

Application

  • Bridal and occasion wear — Used by bridalwear brands and gown manufacturers for lace bodices, overlays and sleeve panels.
  • Womenswear production — Popular with garment manufacturers producing tops, pencil skirts, cropped pants and shorts.
  • Fashion brand collections — Sourced by fashion labels and design studios for seasonal capsule pieces built around a single lace story.
  • Fabric distribution — Supplied to lace wholesalers and textile distributors selling decorative fabrics by the roll.
  • Accessory production — Common among accessory suppliers, who cut individual medallions for bags, headpieces and appliqué detailing.

Customization Service

  • Motif design — custom floral, geometric or brand-specific artwork developed and digitized for buyer-owned lace programs.
  • Color development — dyed-to-order shades matched against Pantone references or physical swatches supplied by the buyer.
  • Width options — alternative usable widths arranged where a buyer's marker and cutting plan differ from the standard cut.
  • Thread and ground selection — yarn type and embroidery weight adjusted when a firmer or softer hand is required.
  • Roll and packing format — roll length and labeling set up to match warehouse intake and cutting-room handling.

Why Source From MH

  • In-house embroidery capacity — multi-head embroidery and shuttle lines run continuous bulk lace programs rather than one-off orders.
  • Own dyeing plant — lab-dips, shade approval and color repeats are controlled internally instead of being outsourced.
  • Design and sampling team — in-house designers develop new motifs and prepare pattern files for OEM and ODM lace projects.
  • Export track record — regular bulk shipments of lace fabric to apparel producers and lace wholesalers, with inspection before packing.
