MH polyester filler cord is a 300D/22 high-tenacity polyester cord that runs through the center of a nylon zipper chain as its core filler.

Made from 100% polyester, the filler cord holds a consistent diameter so the zipper teeth mold around it evenly and the finished chain runs smoothly. MH spins the cord to high tenacity, giving the zipper chain the tensile backbone it needs to resist stretching during use.

The cord is built for 7# and 5# nylon zipper production and supplied in white.
