They're commonly used for adding bling to various fabrics and materials. The glue which is incorporated into the foil backing of the rhinestone, means that no additional craft glue is required to attach it.

Can Hot Fix Rhinestones Be Applied To Any Fabric?

Hotfix rhinestones work well on most fabrics including cotton, denim, lycra, crepe, satin, polyester and many more. However, we don’t recommend using hotfix rhinestones to decorate glass, plastic, rubber or leather.
