MH hot melt adhesive film is a black thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fusible film, 150cm wide, that bonds fabrics when activated by heat and pressure.

Supplied on release paper, the film melts under a heat press to fuse layers together, then sets into a clean, flexible bond with low residue.

It works as a fusible interlining and as a fabric-to-fabric laminating adhesive across woven, nonwoven, and knitted substrates, suiting garment interlining fusing, apparel manufacturing, label bonding, and shoe-material lamination.

Key Selling Points
  • Clean heat-activated bond: MH hot melt adhesive film fuses under heat and pressure into a strong, low-residue bond, keeping laminated garments neat.
  • Flexible, soft hand: The thermoplastic polyurethane film stays soft and elastic after bonding, so interlined panels keep a natural drape.
  • Broad substrate compatibility: The film bonds woven, nonwoven, and knitted materials, serving interlining fusing, fabric lamination, and label bonding alike.
  • OEKO-TEX assured material: MH produces the adhesive film under OEKO-TEX Standard 100 factory scope, supporting safe apparel and interlining supply chains.
  • Made for production runs: MH manufactures the film in customer-specified roll widths and lengths for reliable wholesale and OEM garment supply.

Usage: Eco-friendly, with excellent adhesion, and ideal as a clothing interlining.
