This hot melt weldable zipper long chain is specially designed for motorized zip screen and track roller blind systems, providing a reliable and durable side-seal solution for modern architectural shading and insect screen applications.
Unlike traditional sewn zippers, this product features a heat-activated weldable zipper tape, allowing the zipper to be thermally bonded directly onto mesh or screen fabrics. By welding half of the zipper tape onto each side of the screen, the system forms a tight seal inside the side tracks, effectively keeping the screen flat, wrinkle-free, and securely tensioned during operation.
