MH hot-melt nylon long chain zipper tape is a continuous zipper chain made of a polyester tape and nylon teeth, offered in #5 and #8 gauges with a choice of A/L auto-lock or N/L non-lock sliders.
It fits garment plackets, pockets, bags, outdoor products and home textiles, including fabrics with PVC components.

Made from specially woven polyester hot-melt yarn, this zipper tape is made of new type of functional textile material with a low melting point, thermoplasticity, and self-adhesiveness. When heated to 110'℃, the hot-melt yarn softens and melts into an adhesive.viscous liquid, which solidifies again upon cooling.
