MH nylon zipper long chain is a continuous zipper chain built from a polyester hot-melt tape and nylon teeth, supplied in #4, #5 and #8 gauges with A/L and N/L slider options.

No-sew heat bonding: MH hot-melt nylon zipper long chain fixes to fabric by high-temperature pressing, removing the sewing step and lifting line production efficiency.
Durable nylon construction: Nylon teeth woven onto a polyester tape give the long chain reliable tensile strength for repeated opening and closing.
Flexible slider and puller choice: Auto-lock and non-lock sliders combine with standard or custom pullers, so the zipper chain matches each garment, bag or outdoor program.

Made from specially woven polyester hot-melt yarn, this zipper tape is made of new type of functional textile material with a low melting point, thermoplasticity, and self-adhesiveness. When heated to 110'℃, the hot-melt yarn softens and melts into an adhesive.viscous liquid, which solidifies again upon cooling.

Features: Easy installation, no need for sewing, and can be applied directly after high-temperature pressing. This improves production efficiency, and offers both aesthetic appeal and practicality.

The zipper is durable with excellent tensile strength, ideal for garment plackets, pockets.bags, outdoor products, home textiles, and fabrics containing PVC components.
