N Series staples are usually made from galvanized steel, which offers durability and resistance to rust and corrosion.

They are characterized by a narrow crown, which helps reduce the visibility of the staple when applied to visible areas of furniture or mattresses.

The width of the crown typically ranges around 3/8 inch (approximately 10.6 mm), making them thinner and less obtrusive than wider-crown staples. The leg length can vary to accommodate different thicknesses of materials.

Uses

Mattress Manufacturing: These staples are used to attach thin layers of fabric, such as ticking (the outer fabric of mattresses) or other thin materials to the mattress's internal components like foam layers or spring units. They are suitable for securing parts where a less visible fastener is preferred.

Upholstery: Ideal for securing fabric to furniture frames, particularly in tight spaces or on the visible parts of upholstered furniture where a larger staple might be too conspicuous.

General Furniture Assembly: They can also be used in attaching back panels, dust covers, and other components where a strong but less visible fastening solution is necessary.
