Product Details

MH 1035HF polyester nonwoven fusible interlining fabric is a 100% polyester nonwoven finished with an LDPE fusible glue coating, produced at 40 inch width and 65g+12g/m2 weight with a hard hand feel.

The LDPE coating makes the fabric heat-bondable, so it fuses onto shell fabric under heat and pressure for a firm, consistent bond, while its hard hand feel gives the finished layer structure and body.

Beyond garment construction for suits, coats, shirts and uniforms, the same fusible base supports embroidery and craft backing, bag and hat reinforcement, home textile components such as curtains and upholstery, and agricultural cover fabric.

MH 1035HF chemical bonded nonwoven interlining with LDPE backing, is a premium-quality interlining designed for garments, bags, embroidery, and craft applications. In Africa, it is widely known as "Stiff Paper" or "Hard Stiff", recognized for its exceptional stiffness, durability, and superior bonding performance.

Features:
  1. Solid and Strong: With a weight of 65+15grams, this fabric is tough, thick, and built to last.
  2. Stiff Structure: Designed to hold its shape, it’s perfect when you need something rigid and firm.
  3. Heat-Bondable: The fabric can be fused to other materials using heat, which simplifies the process and creates strong bonds.
  4. Resistant to Water and Dust: The foam-impregnated layer protects against water and dust, making it a reliable option in different environments.
  5. Tear-Resistant: Its strong construction means it won’t easily tear or wear out, even with heavy use.
  6. Eco-Friendly & Certified – Compliant with OEKO-TEX Standard 100, safe and non-toxic

The 1035HF stiff paper is perfect for Africa's diverse industrial needs, whether in construction, furniture making, or packaging.

It offers strength, durability, and eco-friendly materials, making it a go-to option for those looking for something tough yet sustainable.
