Polyester 3D air mesh spacer fabric is a three-dimensional knitted mesh fabric supplied to footwear manufacturers, bag producers, furniture suppliers, and industrial product manufacturers. Its three-layer structure consists of two knitted surfaces connected by vertical monofilament yarns, creating a breathable cushioning layer.
The spacer construction provides airflow, resilience, and thickness without adding heavy weight. Made from 100% polyester, this fabric is available in different thicknesses from 3mm to 12mm and can be customized for various cushioning and support applications.
Standard supply is 140cm width and approximately 220gsm, with dyed-to-order colors available for bulk production programs.
