MH PP meltblown nonwoven fabric is a 100% polypropylene filter media produced by the meltblown process, rated at 95% filtration efficiency.

The meltblown process draws polypropylene into very fine fibers and lays them into a dense, high-surface-area web, which is what gives the fabric its filtration performance.

This fine-fiber structure makes the material well suited as the filter layer inside face masks, as well as for broader industrial filtration and protective-material applications where particulate capture is required.

Meltblown nonwoven polypropylene fiber has been segmented into surgical mask, N95 mask, general medical mask, its the main filter layer spray filter cloth for masks.

Melt blown non-woven interlining is greater than BFE 99% and PFE 95%;

Its width can be 160cm, or cut into 17.5cm for making disposable face mask; or can be 26cm for making KN95 mask;

The weight is from 25g to 50g, generally packed in 2000m/roll, or in customized package.
