PVA Water-Soluble Yarn

Product Details

 PVA water soluble yarn is made of soluble vinylon(PVA) fiber, it's dissolved easily in water like salt at 20-90 degrees. It has good strength and elongation, acid resistance, alkali resistance and dry heat resistance. It's odorless and non-toxic after dissolving in water, and the dissolved water is colorless and transparent. It can be naturally physically degraded within a short time, which is harmless to humans and the environment.

Used for temporary stitching, saving the stitch removal process, and keeping the stitching line flat and even. During the garment producing process, temporary fixing edgy is needed to prevent knitted fabric and woolen fabric from shrinking during bleaching and dyeing. The traditional fixing method uses sewing thread to stitch, but it needs a stitch removal process, which will cost labor and time. Now using the soluble yarn for temporary stitching, just treat it in water at a certain temperature, it will completely dissolve, save time and effort.
