MH polyester spandex tricot fusible interlining is a PES-based stretch interlining built on a new-technology tricot construction with a single-sided powder-dot coating, weighing 70-90 g/m² in widths from 90 to 200 cm (35-78 inches).
The new-technology tricot upgrades ordinary tricot: it keeps the original wear resistance and breathability while adding stronger bond strength after fusing and better washing durability.
The point-21 powder-dot coating fuses at 130-150 °C under 2-4 kg/cm² pressure for 12-15 seconds on both continuous and flat-press machines.
MH offers the interlining in snow white, off white and black, and its balanced hand and elasticity suit shirts, jackets, suits, shoes and hats.
Characteristics:
The new technology of tricot has been upgraded on the basis of ordinary tricot. In addition to the advantages of wear resistance and breathability of the original tricot, it enhances the characteristics of good bond strength after fusing and good washing effect. This series of products has high cost-effectiveness and is widely used in various clothing, shoes and hats.
