Product Details

Swallow eyelet embroidered cotton slub lace fabric is a broderie anglaise style cotton lace fabric carrying a repeated swallow motif across a natural slub cotton ground. It is bought mainly by garment manufacturers, fashion brands, childrenswear suppliers and lace fabric wholesalers who need an embroidered cotton yardage with a soft, natural hand for summer collections.

MH embroiders the swallow motif directly onto the slub cotton cloth in its own lace facility, so pattern scale, motif spacing and thread color can all be adjusted for a buyer's own design. The openwork eyelet detail is punched and stitched, not printed, which keeps the pattern crisp after washing and garment finishing.

The base is 100% cotton slub cloth at 120cm width, embroidered with 40s/2 cotton thread on an 80s*80s ground for a lightweight body that cuts and sews cleanly on standard apparel lines. It is supplied in continuous rolls, with custom colors and pattern variations available for bulk production.

Features

  • Swallow motif embroidery — a distinctive bird pattern that gives blouse and dress ranges a recognizable look without extra trim work.
  • Slub cotton ground — the irregular slub yarn adds visible texture and a natural, non-synthetic surface buyers look for in summer apparel.
  • Eyelet openwork detail — punched broderie anglaise holes create light-catching pattern depth that survives dyeing and garment washing.
  • Lightweight cotton body — an 80s*80s ground with 40s/2 cotton embroidery thread keeps the fabric soft and easy to drape rather than stiff.
  • 120cm usable width — a practical cutting width for blouse panels, dress bodices and yokes with limited waste per lay.
  • Natural cotton hand feel — comfortable against skin, which matters for childrenswear and close-fitting summer garments.

Application

  • Womenswear production — Used by garment manufacturers and fashion brands for blouses, summer dresses, tunics and skirt panels.
  • Childrenswear — Popular with kids apparel suppliers for dresses, pinafores, collars and yoke detailing in natural cotton.
  • Fashion accessories — Sourced by accessory suppliers for scarves, headbands and lightweight decorative panels.
  • Fabric distribution — Supplied by the roll to lace fabric wholesalers and garment accessory distributors serving regional apparel markets.
  • Bridal and occasion wear — A regular pick for occasion wear brands producing lightweight cotton overlays and sleeve panels.

Customization Service

  • Pattern design — the swallow motif can be resized, respaced or replaced with a buyer's own bird, floral or geometric artwork.
  • Color development — ground cloth and embroidery thread are dyed to order, matched to Pantone references or submitted swatches.
  • Base cloth options — the slub cotton ground can be exchanged for plain or finer cotton cloth depending on the target garment weight.
  • Width and finishing — cutting width and finishing treatment can be adjusted to suit a buyer's cutting room setup.
  • Roll packing — roll length and packing format are arranged to match shipping and warehouse handling requirements.
