Product details
9.5 Oz T/C spandex stretch jeans fabric for pants, jackets and skirts is a T/C + spandex (customizable blend ratio) woven denim developed for jeans and trousers, jackets and overshirts, skirts and dresses. The construction is intended for repeat garment production where shade, weight, width and stretch performance need to remain consistent across bulk orders.
It is supplied to denim mills, garment factories, jeans brands and fabric importers that need repeatable specifications for wholesale and production programs. MH can coordinate color, pattern, width, finishing and packing requirements from buyer references.
Available production references include composition T/C + spandex (customizable blend ratio), material T/C spandex (polyester/cotton + spandex), width Customizable (typical 49"/50"), weight 320 gsm. Specifications can be confirmed against the intended end use before sampling and bulk production.
Features
Twill stretch construction — spandex woven into the twill gives recovery for fitted jeans that keep shape through wear.
9.5 oz / 320 gsm — a mid-weight denim that spans jeans, jackets and skirts from one fabric.
Mercerized denim finish — the treatment deepens shade and smooths the face for cleaner garment appearance.
Customizable blend ratio — the T/C-to-spandex mix can be tuned to the stretch and hand a program needs.
