HOW TO USE
1.Insert either end of spine.
2.Insert the needle through the tag hole and fabric and press the trigger for tagging.
3.To take out pin, pick it up.
4.To insert or to take out the needle, the lever A has to be released as shown.
5.To fix the needle, turn the lever A in the direction shown.
6.When inserting new blade, be careful to set it in right position by inserting the blade almost to maximum.
