Made of 80% Polyester 20% Rayon

It has the polyester material characteristic of strong, anti-wrinkle, stable, washable and wearable.

The mixing of viscose fiber in T/R fabric improves the air permeability and resistance to hot-melt holes, reduces the capacity of pilling, is antistatic, and is easy to take care of.

MH TR twill serge suiting fabric is a polyester-viscose blend woven in a 2/2 twill (serge) structure, combining 80% polyester with 20% viscose for a smooth face and clean drape.

The TR blend brings together the strength and wrinkle resistance of polyester with the breathability and soft hand of viscose.

Factory introduction

Weaving MH’s products are made by China’s advanced air jet non-shuttle looms, which not only improve production efficiency, but cut cost and save energy as well. Besides, finished fabric has few thread residues, and are tidy, flat.

Dyeing The grey fabric are dyed by automatic temperature control systems and high-temperature high-pressure dyeing equipments. Finished fabric have even surface, bright color and excellent color fastness, and the color difference meet Europe standard.

High temperature setting Imported setting machines help fabrics dry quickly, keeping them flat, even, and stable in width.

Fabric inspection During producing, inspection process is in each process, from raw yarn, grey fabric, to dyed and finished fabric, only the qualified fabric which meet Europe standard can be shipped out to customers.
